Your tasks:

  • Operate, monitor, and further develop the company’s network infrastructure (LAN, WLAN, WAN) across all sites.
  • Configure and manage switches, routers, WLAN‑Controller, and related network components, including VLANs, routing, and QoS.
  • Operate and optimize firewall, VPN, and remote access solutions, ensuring secure and stable connectivity for all locations and remote users.
  • Ensure network security through segmentation, access control, monitoring, and coordination with the systems and security teams.
  • Take technical ownership of network-related incidents and problems (2nd/3rd level), including root cause analysis and long-term fixes.
  • Plan and implement network changes and upgrades (e.g. new sites, bandwidth expansions, WiFi redesign) with minimal business impact.
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of hybrid connectivity (e.g. site‑to‑site VPN, SD‑WAN, cloud connectivity) in close cooperation with system and cloud administrators.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date network documentation (topologies, IP schemes, standards) and support the automation of recurring tasks.

Your profile:

  • Relevant degree
  • Several years of professional experience as network administrator or in a comparable infrastructure role.
  • Good English skills in written and spoken communication.
  • Solid hands-on knowledge of IP networking (TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, switching, VPN, DHCP, DNS).
  • Experience with enterprise switches, routers, and WLAN solutions from common vendors (e.g. Cisco, HPE/Aruba, etc.).
  • Practical experience with firewall technologies and remote access/VPN solutions, ideally in multi-site environments.
  • First experience or strong interest in hybrid environments and cloud connectivity.
  • Structured, analytical working style with high sense of responsibility and service orientation.
  • Understanding of network security concepts (segmentation, IDS/IPS, NAC, Zero Trust experience are an advantage).
  • Relevant certifications (e.g. CCNA/CCNP, Network+ or similar qualifications) are an advantage but not mandatory.
